All discounted items sold are final. No exchanges or refunds when purchased at discount. Exchange only - when purchased at retail price. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return merchandise for STORE CREDIT, which will be credited to you via a discount code to use on the website in the amount of your purchase.
Our policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you store credit.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with us via live chat on the website within 7 days of order's delivery date.
To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions have to be met:
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original invoice.
If we find any signs that items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right not to accept your return.
NO REFUNDS will be processed for items lost in the mail due to customers indicating incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com and we will send you the correct mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure that the correct mailing address (including zip code, apt, suite, unit # ) is entered at checkout. We will not be responsible for any packages returned due to an invalid/incorrect address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
